Terms of Service

Lullwren is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app — including charts, averages, due dates, cycle predictions or growth percentiles — is a diagnosis or a substitute for professional care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about you or your child's health, and never delay seeking care because of something the app showed you. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Agreement
By using Lullwren you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Who may use Lullwren
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Lullwren only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@lullwren.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page.
Your data belongs to you
The records you enter are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your records, sync them between your devices, and show them to the household members you invite.
You can export your data at any time from Settings.
Household sharing
Inviting someone to your household lets them see and edit that household's records. Invite only people you trust with the information in it. Anyone holding a valid invite code can join, so treat codes as private and let expired ones lapse.
Backups are your responsibility
Lullwren stores data on your device and, when you are signed in, syncs it to our servers. We work hard to keep it safe, but we cannot guarantee against loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, sync errors or service interruption. If your records matter to you, export them regularly.
Using the app without an account means your data exists only on that device and cannot be recovered by us if the device is lost or reset.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lullwren to break the law, to access another person's data without permission, to disrupt or overload the service, or to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
Advertising and purchases
The app is free and supported by advertising. Any optional in-app purchase is processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's policies rather than ours — although you are welcome to contact us if something goes wrong.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what the app does, we will give notice in the app when we reasonably can. We may update these terms; continuing to use Lullwren after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Ending your use
You may stop using Lullwren and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm other users or the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Lullwren is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and this does not affect the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
