Delete your account

You can delete your Lullwren account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore the data afterwards, so export it first if you want to keep a copy.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Lullwren and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Choose Delete account
- Confirm
Your account and records are removed from our servers immediately, and the copy stored on your device is wiped in the same step.
Want a copy first? In Settings, choose Export data before deleting. You will get a JSON file containing your records, which you can save or send to yourself.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled Lullwren or cannot sign in, email privacy@lullwren.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm details so that nobody else can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile — display name, role, photo reference
- All records you created: baby logs, pregnancy data, cycle logs, fitness data, appointments, milestones and vaccinations
- Your household memberships and any invites you issued
- The copy of the database stored on your device
What may remain
- Records another member created. If you shared a household, entries made by other members belong to that household and stay with them.
- Backups. Residual copies cycle out of our encrypted backups within 30 days.
- Legal records. Where the law requires us to keep something — a transaction record, for example — we keep only that, for only as long as required.
Household owners: if you own a household with other members in it, deleting your account affects their access. Transfer ownership or let them know before you delete.
